As a qualified body psychotherapist with a particular interest in grounding Buddhist psychotherapy principles and the unique transforming techniques of mystic educator and visionary Rudolf Steiner, Anji uses theses and a combination of other innovative components to make healing sessions work. Anji works with the mind-body connection using body psychotherapy artistic expression, mindfulness and energy healing. Her work is inspired by Tibetan Buddhism and Anthroposophy.
While using mindfulness and the breath with creative visualisation and the four bold model of the human being of the physical body, the etheric body, the astral body and the spiritual body. We are out bodies and our bodies hold our frozen history we have accumulated over time, these include old feelings, memories that may no longer serve us, old defence patterns and trauma.
Our bodies also display our living vital potential while working with how the body interacts with out personality to dissolve blocks and feel more alive. These sessions are for psychotherapeutic lasting changes bringing relief and clarity to challenging times, bringing freedom to the energetic bodies, creating deep seated change where nothing else will, reducing pain and stress, benefiting health and long standing issues of pain and trauma in the body, spirituality, intimacy, sensuality, creativity, longevity, brings happiness and fulfilment in relationships and relating.
